   i want to know if the php send mail function is on or offf or i need to buy it by the Gulden like the Mysqldatabase?
   
   and if the answer is yes, i want to know if there is any limits for sending emails?

   You have a limit of 50 mails a day. If you send more than 50 mails at one day, the others will be send at the next day. But if you pay a Domain, ask someone who has a domain for a post box or if you use an other SMTP-server, you can send e-mails without of a limit.

   You can't send mails without limit with the mail()-function, but with SMTP. This is possible, with PHP, too. Use google to get a example-code for sending mails in PHP via SMTP.
