   when i am trying to delete some files and folders from my website directory i got this error message :
   
   ◦Löschen der Datei active_function.php fehlgeschlagen
   
   
   please can your help me fix this problem :) i dont know why i got the Failed error message

   Thanks for your fast answers my friends
   
   But should i send a support ticket everytime i want to delet my root directory or just this time :) i was deleting files via an FTP client before and everything was working great i hope the problem is just temporarily

   I have the same problems. It may have to do with the FTP issue last evening/night. Even with the chmod 0777 I can not delete any file or directory neither with the filemanager nor the FileZilla. Maybe some of you could try it and report whether they can delete files or not.

   same here :( cant delet any files or folders neither with Ftp web based cleint or Ftp client

   I really hope that the problem will be fixed soon i am waiting that the admins answer my support ticket i need to get my website up again :D
