Is anyway to join Google Apps to 12hp.de domain? As I see in the panel, DNS records may be set after payment. I suppose that access to 12hp.de domain may be restricted. I would not lose money, so please tell me is any possibility to integrate Google Apps with domain available for free in lima-city.de?

Google offers several other methods to verify your homepage. imho the easiest:
An HTML file that you upload to your server can use this option if you can upload new files to your website.
You have to change my skip to yours.
instructions:
1st Load this HTML confirmation page down. [google76fd4c280308808b.html]
2nd Upload the file to http://harrybotter.12hp.de/
3rd Confirm the download was successful by calling http://harrybotter.12hp.de/google76fd4c280308808b.html in your browser.
4th Click below on "Check".
Remove the HTML files even after a successful confirmation, the confirmation order is maintained.

But it is only activation process. Some services will be work but other not. My main goal is to integrate Google Mail service with 12hp.de domain therefore I need to know about this ability/disability. So will I be able to edit DNS records for 12hp.de domain and it's MX?

No, you can't edit the DNS records of a subdomain from lima-city.de.
But you can use another subdomain provider, i think createnic.de is great. There you can set the records to whatever you want ;)
