   since a very long time my website is down, is that because of disabling fsockopen option?
   my forum pages wont to be displayed and i am sure i didnt change anything in my website ?

   Lima-City moved from the dDos-attacked to a new server provider .. This is the reason why some features are lagging or disabled and why some homepages are not accessible. (I think it was that reason .. oO)
   
   But the news-feed isn't any longer shown on the first page, so I think it will be working in a few days .. If it won't work in 2 days or so, write a support ticket.

   I may tell you that the fsockopen was enabled again, and should work for you.
   When i visit your website, it loads fully, although it takes a pretty long time. The other thing is, I can't read the language used on your website
