Hi,
Can i create a new account in lima-city.de or it's prohibited like in some other free webhosting. just one account to each user-IP ?
i just want to help a friend of me to Build for him a Blog, but i am afraid to lose this account if is not allowed to create an other new account.

No you can create a lot of Accounts this is not prohibited. In the help you can See it:
